Classes: Classes begin Sunday evening from 7:00 - 9:30 pm, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm at Otonabee College with one hour for lunch. This building is equipped with ramps and fully air-conditioned. The walk between the Lady Eaton College and Otonabee College is approximately 5 minutes.

Accommodation fee includes all meals from Sunday dinner through Saturday breakfast, lodging, use of facilities, parking, and staff gratuities, morning breaks, 13% HST.

Accommodations: Residence will have bedding and towels provided. Students staying on campus have a choice between the residence at Lady Eaton College and Gzowski College.

• Lady Eaton: Each room has a single bed and access to shared bathroom areas.
• Gzowski Building: Each room has a double bed with private access to a shared bathroom with the next room. This building is air-conditioned and equipped with elevators for your convenience.

Students will have three options:

• Option A: Resident at Lady Eaton College
  Private room accommodation and tuition for school
  $485.00 (accommodation fee) + $195.00 (tuition fee) = $680.00
  $485.00 (accommodation fee) + $100.00 (tuition fee) = $585.00 – The Hooking Room
  
  
• Option B: Resident at Gzowski
  Private room accommodation and tuition for school
  $665.00 (accommodation fee) + $195.00 (tuition fee) = $860.00
  $665.00 (accommodation fee) + $100.00 (tuition fee) = $765.00 – The Hooking Room
  
  
• Option C: Commuter
  Tuition for school and commuter fee
  $190.00 (tuition fee) + $65.00 (commuter fee) = $255.00
  $100.00 (tuition fee) + $65.00 (commuter fee) = $165.00 – The Hooking Room

Notes:

• The commuter fee covers the use of the facilities, morning breaks, the parking pass and applicable taxes.

Summary:

1. Complete a Trent School of Rug Hooking Application Form. Mark your class subject choice and be sure to include a first, second and third choice. Please mark which of the three registration options you have chosen.
   
   
2. Attach $195.00 tuition fee (or $100.00 The Hooking Room) to your application.

   Out of country registrants – please send cheque or money order made payable to: "Mary Janet Mustard".
   
   
3. School registration will be on a first come, first placed basis. Applications must be post marked no earlier than October 14th, 2011.

   Remember to list three class choices on your application so you will not be disappointed. Your tuition fee will be returned if not accepted in a class of your choice.
   
   
4. Class placement and teacher information letter will be sent out in January, 2012. Trent School of Rug Hooking reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment by March 31st, 2012.
   
   
5. Please contact one of the directors, if you have not received a class placement or a tuition refund by April 2nd, 2012.
   
   
6. To confirm your registration at school, we must receive your final payment by: May 14th, 2012.

• Any cancellation request must be made in writing to Mary Janet Mustard and received by May 28th, 2012. An administration fee of $60.00 will be charged.
